RainwearImports.com uses UPS to help expedite its products.
We make every effort to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receipt, but this timing may vary by product. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.

Hassle-Free Return Policy
We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by RainwearImports.com for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 30 days for a prompt refund.
•   Your credit card will be credited for the price of the product(s) and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.
•   RainwearImports.com will coordinate and pay the return freight charges, but will deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% of the returned item(s) retail price.
•   If you request to cancel your order or items on your order, RainwearImports.com will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within 24 hours hour of placing the order. In order to make a cancellation request, please call 800.429.0896, as these requests must be received via phone. RainwearImports.com cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded.
•   If the return is due to a manufacturing or RainwearImports.com error, the initial shipping and restocking fee will be waived.
•   Your card will be credited when RainwearImports.com has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is shipped back to RainwearImports.com.
•   Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
